Yoga And Pilates
Laughing Lotus Yoga is available at Body in Balance. Our specialized posture based
yoga will align, strengthen, and tone your body. You'll learn breathing techniques to calm the mind
and enhance your overall mental/physical disposition. Classes range from gentle, restorative yoga to
high energy cardio/flow and are designed for the beginner to the seasoned yogi. Morning and Evening

Pilates is a method of body conditioning developed by Joseph H. Pilates to strenghthen and tone
muscles, improve posture, provide flexibility and balance, unite body and mind, and create a more
streamlined shape. Exercises are executed without putting stress on the joints. Pilates mat classes are
designed to let each participant focus on his/her own fitness goals while working at his/her own level.
Pilates classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings. See Class Schedule for details.
The fee for Pilates is $30.00 per month or $10.00 by the class. - payable to Absolute Pilates.
